Position Summary

 

Bell Helicopter is seeking entry level Engineers interested in pursuing a career in Quality Engineering

 

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assists in the development and execution of processes used in the manufacturing environment to ensure robust and cost effective designs.
  • Candidate is considered a Helper, Learner, Follower, or "Detail Manager", within one or more of the following areas:
    • Corrective Action
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Customer Service and Support
    • Inspection Processes/Techniques
    • Quality Systems & Records
    • Metrology/Calibration
    • Quality Program Management

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aerospace degree preferred
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

 

Position Requirements
  • Business Acumen - Understands how business works; acquiring knowledge in current policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the organization. 
  • Problem Solving - Demonstrates a basic level of root-cause analysis; relies on others to provide direction; works under close supervision.
  • Functional/Technical Skills - Basic level of product manufacture, inspection, testing, and inspection technology; acquiring skills in process management, technical specifications, regulatory guidelines and the application of Quality Standards

Strongly Preferred

Experience with CAD tools like Catia V 5/6, Matlab and ANSYS
