Position Summary
Bell Helicopter is seeking entry level Engineers interested in pursuing a career in Quality Engineering
Responsibilities may include:
Assists in the development and execution of processes used in the manufacturing environment to ensure robust and cost effective designs.
Candidate is considered a Helper, Learner, Follower, or "Detail Manager", within one or more of the following areas:
Corrective Action
Continuous Improvement
Customer Service and Support
Inspection Processes/Techniques
Quality Systems & Records
Metrology/Calibration
Quality Program Management
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aerospace degree preferred
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Position Requirements

Problem Solving - Demonstrates a basic level of root-cause analysis; relies on others to provide direction; works under close supervision.
Functional/Technical Skills - Basic level of product manufacture, inspection, testing, and inspection technology; acquiring skills in process management, technical specifications, regulatory guidelines and the application of Quality Standards

Experience with CAD tools like Catia V 5/6, Matlab and ANSYS
