Amenities Services Coordinator

Position Summary:

SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and maintaining associate campus amenities including Umbrella Program, Bike Program, Transportation Services & Recreation Areas. Provide daily operational support of amenities services to create a memorable and genuine experience for campus associates and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage Bike Share program: Duties include daily distribution and retrieval of bikes, inspections and minor repairs (inflate tires, lubricate chains, tighten handle bars and seat adjustments, replace bells, reflector lights, kickstands, brakes)
  • Conduct daily inspection and monthly inventory counts of umbrella stands to ensure adequate supply and umbrellas are neatly stored. 
  • Perform weekly inspections of campus recreation areas.
  • Maintain adequate supply of equipment and restock / repair as needed. Recreation items include – foosball tables, air hockey tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard tables, putting green
  • Perform daily inspections of the shuttle transportation service to ensure standards are adhered to. Communicate with drivers and shuttle service partners on a regular basis and manage changes in shuttle service accordingly.
  • Coordinate and oversee transportation for special events.  Provide logistical support and obtain quotes for private charters.
  • Oversee and coordinate arrivals and departures of special guests as requested
  • Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
  • Anticipate obstacles and think creatively to solve problems on the go
  • Maintain a working knowledge of JLL and Capital One operations including: building services, housekeeping and security. 
  • Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies. 
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
  • Respond to customer needs and anticipate needs when possible
  • Expect and react promptly to customer feedback and inquires
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Provide assistance as determined necessary by immediate supervisor to ensure property goals and customer expectations are exceeded. 
  • Maintain uniform and grooming standards as outlined in employee handbook and departmental training.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service industry preferred
  • Basic mechanical skills
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and to all other departments
  • Strong organizational & creative thinking skills
  • Position requires heavy physical labor to include lifting, carrying, and moving, often times outdoors
  • Reliable transportation – work schedule may vary based on business levels, needs of the customer and operation
  • Computer software knowledge; to include Microsoft Office Suite
