Bell Helicopter is seeking a Benefits, Health and Wellbeing Program Specialist for our operation located at our corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.

Job Description
The Benefits, Health and Wellbeing Specialist is responsible for the development and coordination of Bell Helicopter’s health and welfare programs as well as certain employee programs. This includes benefits, wellbeing programs (LIVE | WellatBell program, cafeteria/vending, catering, company-sponsored sports leagues), discount ticket program and certain community relations programs. This position reports to the Global Manager of Health Services, Benefits & Wellness.

Responsibilities:
• Manages escalated issues involving benefits eligibility, coverage and other benefits related matters.
• Performs role of Benefits Service Delivery Business Partner (SDBP) for Bell Helicopter.
• Coordinates with Textron HR Service Center and Fidelity on employee benefits issues and resolutions.
• Develops plans for and coordinates annual enrollment activities for all relevant Bell Helicopter locations.
• Provides education and training to employees on benefits and wellbeing.
• Helps develop and execute of the overall Health and Wellbeing Culture Change Management Plan.
• Leads the planning and execution of the LIVE | WellatBell program.
• Evaluates internal and external wellness program data with an emphasis on identifying trends and issues to be proactively addressed.
• Analyzes effectiveness of wellness program in terms of return on investment (ROI) and helps develop and manage related metrics.
• Recommends continuous improvement opportunities for the success of the LIVE |WellatBell program.
• Manages logistics related to benefits and wellbeing related events (e.g presentations, scheduling, and selecting speakers/vendors etc.)
• Supports the development and execution of Bell Helicopter’s Blue Zones initiative.
• Provides oversight of the cafeteria and vending machine services for Bell Helicopter plants (ongoing enhancements, performance improvements, and vending machine revenues) and financial reconciliation.
• Manages employee discount event ticket program including promotion/sales in coordination with the company store.
• Oversees company-sponsored sports leagues and will maintain employee waivers, invoicing, and league promotion.
• Provides oversight and management of van pool program.
• Responsible for improvement reviews of business processes and efforts to bring employee programs to a no cost position. This includes monthly financial reviews with vendors, billing and payroll reconciliation.
• Manages projects to enhance employee engagement through new or existing employee programs.
• Oversees the employee service award programs including ordering and management of inventory, vendor relationship management, communications to employees, and making recommendations for changes as needed.
• Develops communications materials in partnership with Internal Communications.
• Confidentiality is required due to handling of sensitive data/information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Benefits experience in a HR Specialist and/or Generalist position.
• Demonstrated PC proficiency with MS Office applications with ability to use these skills to manage, analysis and report data with these tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to relate well with people at various levels and build productive relationships with internal/external customers.
• Ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of company systems, policies and procedures.
• Technical experience with Ariba, Stellant, SAP and JIRA preferred.
• Previous project management experience, including the ability to make sound decisions and judgment calls with minimal guidance is preferred.
• Experience in development and oversight of wellness and/or employee programs or related activities preferred.
• Experience providing support to employees located at multiple worksites preferred.
• Experience in a union and non-union environment preferred.
