Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities
Performs daily maintenance functions for equipment preventative maintenance. Ability to perform basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, painting and fabrication. Keeps records of maintenance work to identify trends. Ensures that the incumbent’s work environment is in 5S condition. Complies with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures at all times. Performs other tasks as assigned
Experience and Education
Basic electrical knowledge. At least one year of directly applicable experience required
Functional and Technical Skills
Must be able to perform safe operations of small and large powered hand tools. Must have basic understanding of electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and steam systems. Must be read, write, and communicate in English, perform basic mathematical calculations, follow SOPs and wear required PPE with or without reasonable accommodation
