Senior-User Experience Designer

The selected candidate will be responsible for a growing team of visual and interactive designers and commitment to best in class design.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (A day in the life...):

- Leads the design efforts of an organizations website

- Manage core elements of the track design team, leveraging experience

- Contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the appeal of the organizations online offerings

- Responsible for innovative thinking and design in service of strategic business initiatives

- Responsible for the oversight of design web pages, including layout, user interface graphics, navigation and graphics

- Works without supervision on highly complex projects

- Extensive latitude for independent judgment

- Assists less experienced peers

Desired Qualifications:

- Preferred Bachelors degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience

- Typically requires 4 years of experience designing web pages, including layout, user interface graphics, navigation and graphics

- Strong visual design skills

- Be able to clearly communicate complicated designs visually and simply
