Develops EW/EA and weapons system level requirements and works with IPTs to coordinate aircraft level impacts and requirements.

Develops and maintains system level specifications for all systems, coordinates with Mission Equipment team for system integration, testing, and verification.

Develops weapons management system to meet program requirements for stores, safety, and performance.

Plans and performs test and verification activities including: functional, environmental qualification, environmental stress screening and production tests.

Works closely with IPTs to review evolving design and provide input into their decisions, providing.

Performs system level and aircraft level analysis to validate performance requirements.
Education Requirements:
- - Bachelor's Degree is required. Major in Electrical Engineering is preferred. Major Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering may be considered with significant experience.
- - Masters Degree is preferred
· 10 years experience in airborne EW/EA and weapons systems is preferred.
· Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to coordinate and lead activities, prioritize tasks, and report status.
· Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.
· Familiarity with aerospace design and verification processes to include; requirements develop and verification, preliminary and detailed design, MRP, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Maintenance processes is preferred.
· PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
· Must have the ability to work effectively within a team.
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
