The International Military Campaign Manager leads active international military campaigns in support of market development pursuits for Bell Helicopter. This positon is based at Bell Helicopter’s Ft. Worth, TX headquarters.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day management of active campaigns and market development efforts to win international business
2. Accomplish unrestricted international travel in the execution of campaign pursuits & management
3. Maintain communications with BD VPs, regional directors, and market development leaders on priority activities, and technical and business requirements
4. Recruit and allocate functional resources, technical experts, and high-potential individuals to enhance Bell international market competitiveness.
5. Lead technical, programmatic, P&C gate reviews, and business information management activities.
6. Direct the engineering, LCC, and operations analysis needed to support customer requests and program planning
7. Manage overhead budget for campaign support and customer engagement activities.

a. Active Campaigns are fully successful and result in new international business for Bell Helicopter.
b. International relationships grow and result in better opportunites for both Bell and the customer.
c. Bell/Textron leadership can leverage international position to support other product sales.
d. Technical experts are available for in-country presentations as needed.
e. Resources and DLNs available to fund functional support activities as needed.
f. Handover to Program Management is accomplished seamlessly, with follow-on customer engagement.
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration - or related field – is required.
Position Requirements:
-10 years of experience in military acquisition, Business Development, marketing and sales, or program management is required.
-Demonstrated performance with international business development, and/or program management is preferred.
-Must be a strategic thinker and planner
-Execellent oral and written communication skills are required.
-Comfort with senior management and military leadership required.
-Must have demonstrated international business acumen and foreign customer engagement.
Team leadership experience, prior military experience, overseas experience, and experience working in Washington DC with security cooperation organizations are preferred.
