Bell Helicopter is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Associate to support Supply Chain Management Compliance.

  • Support and recommend solutions on Management Targets to improve TTI's.
  • Advise, recommend and implement Supply Management operating procedures.
  • Develop operational procedures and metrics for compliance and oversight within Supply Chain Management.
  • Develop specific data pulls or databases utilizing SAP data.
  • Demonstrated proficiency of presentation skills. Successfully interfaces with all levels of management.
  • Maintain supporting role in activities surrounding government compliance and Textron audits including export classification effort.
  • Report audit findings to management including tracking and monitoring of corrective actions.
  • Assist with Supply Chain Management self assessment schedule including raining and process.
  • Responsible for external audit support as well as development and maintenance of procedures and processes including desktop instructions.

 

Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Data analysis skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access.
 
 Preferred but not required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations). Leadership and team building skills essential to success; experience working on cross-functional teams; understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
