Job Summary:
As an Infrastructure IT Analyst, you’ll be a part of the Technology team at our Global Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. Bell Helicopter is in the process of a significant business process transformation activity. The selected candidate is expected to support development and delivery of business critical technology solutions.

Execute all required process steps as defined in the Bell Process Framework.

Collaborate with business partners and application teams to develop infrastructure solutions to support new business directives and needs.

Support Bell Helicopter’s Enterprise Class Data Center.

Innovate with new technology solutions aimed at improving Bell’s End User Experience and Speed to Customer Delivery.

Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.

Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems.

Assist in the management of Bell Helicopters Virtual Desktop Infrastructure which supports Engineering CAD, Sales Forecasting, and Business Partners.

Support Bell Helicopter’s Virtual Infrastructure footprint including network, servers, storage, and data center.
Position Requirements:

Assist the lead Infrastructure architects responsible for designing and implementing global network, server, and storage solutions.

Good communication skills, both oral and written are required.

Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks.

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems - or similar discipline - is required.
