Currently we are seeking Production Employees to join our team at our Carrollton, TX Distribution Center.  Applicants should be willing to work 1st and 2nd shifts.
Starting pay is $16.66/hour, progressing up to $20.83/hour over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the flow of material from receiving through Batch Assembly.
  • Assembly of proper raw materials and liquids as specified by the preassembly ticket, lab personnel, computer printouts and / or supervisory direction.
  • Operate mixing equipment as designated by production slip, adhering to mix times, temperature, grinding requirements, etc.
  • Add materials (latex, water, solvents, thickener, etc.) to batch in precise weights & quantities, either automatically or manually.
  • Monitor batch to ensure it conforms to processing requirements.
  • Use drum truck, fork truck, air hoist work savers and other equipment as necessary including changing of battery of fork truck is required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use computer programs (SAP & analyze data).
  • Ability to differentiate between shades and colors of products.
  • Ability to bend, reach and lift hoses, manipulate valves, operate and adjust equipment, stack pallets, carry materials and equipment.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and 80 lbs. on an occasional basis.
  • Basic math skills required for inventory control, batch processing, tank capacities, bill of ladings, etc.
