Overall
Purpose
This Lead Product Marketing Manager will develop and manage
AT&T’s IoT Security plan within the IoT and Security portfolio. This
product manager will join AT&T’s successful Internet of Things /
Machine-to-Machine (M2M) team, part of Advanced Mobility, and collaborate
cross-functionally with AT&T IoT Organization and the AT&T Chief
Security Office.
You will leverage your experience in
Cybersecurity, M2M technologies, and business partnerships to develop a set of
security solutions and help remove security as the #1 barrier to customer
adoption of IoT. You will leverage
existing AT&T assets in combination with new product development to deliver
capabilities that creates customer and partner satisfaction with AT&T and
supports revenue growth through our vertical line of business offers.
This position requires strategic planning, product design, product management,
and marketing program development skills. Business acumen, technical
aptitude, attention to detail, ability to partner effectively, and a passion to
win are key for this role.
Primary
Responsibilities
Lead the IoT Security strategy to achieve profitable revenue
growth for your solution area.
Responsible for the success of a product or group of products
through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan including new
and emerging products, technologies and/or applications.
Work with a cross-functional team to drive short to long term
strategy for AT&T to enter different vertical markets.
Deliver new products and capabilities to market. Responsible for
entire product lifecycle through development and execution of comprehensive
go-to-market plan.
Analyzes and defines market, including competitive analysis and
definition of product functionality. Oversees market research, monitors
competitive activity and market share, and identifies customer needs.
Direct and support cross functional team members in development of
marketing communications materials
Monitor and assess competitor capabilities in comparison to
AT&T, and anticipate customer needs and market trends
Work collaboratively with enterprise sales force to achieve
revenue goals
Set business performance targets and execute on programs and
products to achieve customer sales and retention goals and drive business
results
Set and balance multiple and diverse priorities. Manage scope and
provide actionable guidance to ensure delivery. Ensure all deliverables are
executed on time and at a high standard.
Give presentations to our executive and decision-making internal
and external clients
Education
BS, MS or MBA preferred
Experience
10 years Product Management or Product Development experience
required
5 years experience in Information Technology role, or equivalent
required
5 years experience in Cybersecurity industry, or equivalent
required
Experience in creating forecasts, business cases and
marketing plans required
Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams of business
and technical managers required
Experience working with senior management preferred
