Position Overview
The Fatigue and Fracture
Engineer at Bell Helicopter provides fatigue and fracture analysis support
to design, analysis and test for Bell Helicopter’s Military Program. This
position is also responsible for establishing structural component lives,
inspection and replacement intervals, establishing structural testing requirements,
and for analyzing and monitoring flight test data to ensure safety of flight
and continued operational readiness. In addition, the Fatigue and Fracture
Engineer interfaces with analysis and design organizations, materials &
processes and structural test laboratories, flight test, and NAVAIR. This
position is located at Bell Helicopter’s headquarters facility in Ft. Worth,
TX.
