Sr Associate, Digital Marketing Content

Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
Drive creation and execution of on-going content marketing campaigns for the DFW area. Develop these campaigns with input and assistance from local Marketing, Public Relations, Research and brokerage stakeholders. Mine client and prospect lists with appropriate targeting to yield effective, visually appealing and data-rich campaigns. Responsible for in-depth analytics associated with the campaigns. Campaigns may include electronic, direct mail, client events and additional special projects. Manage program to visualize data through Google Earth and JLL proprietary programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement strategic and targeted marketing campaigns to creatively engage our client and prospect base. Use of Eloqua as well as other email marketing programs. Train additional users on Eloqua.
- Lead generation and nurturing through a variety of mediums, digital as well as print.
- Coordinate with Research to develop a targeted impactful campaigns for regular distribution and management of white papers, research pieces, and other corporate generated materials.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar for the campaigns and local website
- Planning maintenance and development of local corporate website, as well as any specialized websites for specific use. Assist with PeopleFinder to ensure all contact information is correct.
- Investigate new ways and implement best practices to drive traffic to the local website and analyze that traffic.
- Lead program for JLL mapping visualization, which may include client presentations
- Lead special projects, as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Related bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years directly related work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills a must
- Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies
- Self-starter with ability to plan, create and execute projects
- Strong analytical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
