International Industrial Offset Specialist
 
The International Industrial Offset Specialist position at Bell Helicopter is responsible for cross functional coordination, planning, development, implementation and reporting of international industrial offset programs.   This position is based at Bell Helicopter’s Ft. Worth, TX headquarters facility.
 
Position Responsibilities:
 
• Collect necessary data to support industrial offset reporting internally and to foreign governments
• Complete necessary spreadsheets and reports to satisfy foreign government contractual reporting obligations
• Assist in researching industrial offset regulations
• Foster cross functional networking and collaboration of how to satisfy industrial offset obligations
• Understand and track international industrial offset budgets
• Identify and understand International industrial offset stakeholders needs and how they influence industrial offset proposals
• Research feasibility of international industrial offset projects
• Assist in compilation and preparation of industrial offset reports and proposals

Education Requirements:

 

-       Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Business Development, Sales, Marketing - or equivalent discipline – is required. 

 

Position Requirements:

 

Minimum 2 years experience in at least one of the following functions is preferred.

•Supply Chain or Finance

•Business Development

•International Sales

•International Contracts

•International Industrial Offset

•Project Management

 

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Foreign language skills are a plus.

Must have the ability to learn software systems, extract and analyze data

Must be skilled in creating reports and spreadsheets

Knowledge of MS Office Suite is required.

Basic understanding of international industrial offset concepts is required.

Project Management skills are required.

Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.

 

Proficiency/knowledge in the following Functional/Technical Skills are preferred:

•Project Management

•International industrial offset budgets/stakeholders

•International industrial offset projects

•Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

•International Traffic and Arms Regulations
