Bell Helicopter a leading manufacturer of Helicopters and Vertical Lift solutions is seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot to join our Corporate Flight team. The role offers exciting opportunities and rewarding challenges for individuals who are self-starters, team players, and professionally driven. Bell Helicopter is an IS-BAO registered flight department with a focus on safety. This position requires an irregular schedule, including some weekends and an on call status is routine. Considerable travel should be expected. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas
Role Responsibilities

Provide support to the organization as a PIC or SIC as assigned

Plan and execute pilot activities in a professional manner, ensuring safety is maintained throughout the process through quality decisions

Maintain current knowledge of applicable flight regulations, aircraft limitations, normal and emergency procedures, and company OM/SOP

Conduct planning, briefings and flight duties in accordance with company SOP, and following FAA/ICAO regulations

Provide a high level of customer service and care throughout operations

Support and participate in the company’s SMS program, in a team environment interacting with administrators, other pilots and aircraft maintenance technicians

Must have the ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, typical of a Corporate Pilot
Education/ Pilot Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- First Class – Pilot Medical Certificate
- Prefer at least 3500 Total Fixed Wing flight hours
- Prefer at least 2000 Fixed-Wing turbine hours
- Prefer at least 500 hours as PIC in Fixed-Wing turbine
- Candidates with Citation 750 ratings and experience preferred
Competencies/Additional Requirements
- Requires solid interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast past environment
- Strong decision making ability in the Aviation environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and moderate computer proficiency
