Associate Contracts Administrator
The Associate Contracts Administrator interprets contracts and correspondence requirements with ability to translate to contract systems, reports & metrics. This position utilizes contract databases and management systems, and ensures timely distribution of correspondence, contracts and agreements.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Interpret contracts and correspondence requirements with ability to translate to contract systems, reports and metrics.
2. Accurately and effectively use and maintain contract database and management systems.
3. Create and maintain contract reports/metrics and monitor status.
4. Ensure timely distribution of correspondence, contracts and agreements.
5. Interface with other functions to coordinate contracting and compliance efforts.
6. Maintain contract files, including proposals, contract modifications, agreements and correspondence.
7. Assist in developing data for contract presentations and analyses.
8. Support special assignments and projects within Contracts.
9. Assist other Contract Data Analysts as needed.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, is required.
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Position Requirements:
Prior relevant work experience in managing correspondence, creating reports and metrics, and maintaining management systems is preferred.
Familiarity with FAR / DFARS and USG Acquisition and Contracting Process is preferred.
PC Proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work effectively with specialized systems (i.e. SAP and Enovia) is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Must have the ability to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other Bell departments.
Must have the ability to organize, plan and prioritize a variety of assignments.
