Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
JLL is currently seeking college students to join our Strategic Portfolio Market Planning team for a summer internship.
The interns will learn the industry through the lens of JLL’s substantial market share and client interaction.
As part of the internship, JLL will provide learning experiences throughout the organization so that each intern truly understands the commercial real estate experience. From an everyday perspective, the interns will contribute to several aspects of the Strategic Marketing Planning process including, but not limited to; assisting with day-to day responsibilities, modeling project, planning and transaction assumptions, and data collection.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn – with a deep passion for and interest in Commercial Real Estate, Consulting, and Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Planning as a career.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Building of high level tactic modeling through the use of Project Management, Transactions, and Planning Assumptions
- Tactic tracking and change control submissions
- Small tactic development
- Visibility into Occupancy Planning function and its impact/relationship to Strategic Planning
- Preparation for Governance routines and processes
- Data collection for Market Planning Process
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Current undergraduate or graduate level students in their junior or senior year with a major or concentration in Business, Facilities Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a strong desire to work in the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Rising juniors and seniors, preferred
- Corporate and business experience

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
