Overall Purpose:
Responsible for designing and developing competitive channel strategies, terms and conditions and channel marketing programs in order to enhance the productivity, revenues, and profitability of channels. Focused on channel activation and marketing strategies for retail channel and alliances.
 
This position is viewed as the foremost expert within the channel discipline and as an acknowledged authority within the organization.
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Designing of channel marketing programs and processes to provide added value and to optimize channel effectiveness
  • Fully understand Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Serve end to end and how it should work in a retail channel including authorized retail.
  • Identifies new/emerging channels, resources, and intermediaries, and develops integrated strategies, plans and programs to leverage these opportunities.
  • Evaluates impact on strategic distribution channels planning objectives and strategies
  • Responsible for informing and educating the channels responsible for on offer, value proposition, competitive threats and strategies to mitigate them
  • Designing and running sales campaigns for verticals responsible for segment
  • Working on sales collateral and content.
  • Reading out on campaign performance and operational reviews of progress related to channel marketing programs
  • Activation of channels for mobility solutions and ongoing channel management to streamline and create frictionless learn, buy and gets process
  • Work closely with product and solutions team for new features, capabilities and be able to articulate them into a concise value proposition
  • Build customer facing sales content on mobility value proposition for government and public Safety accounts
  • Analyze data to determine which campaigns to run to maximize revenue potential for the vertical and channel
  • Evaluates impact on strategic marketing programs and campaigns planning objectives and strategies
  • Conceptualizing, designing, managing campaigns around compelling content to increase prospective customers path to purchase
  • Helping managing content library and content strategy relevant to gov't and public safety vertical for sales
  • Analyzing campaign effectiveness against well-defined metrics and learn and adjust
  • Building up customer testimonial content to be leveraged in all channels (i.e. Digital, print, social, etc)
  • Digital Marketing Experience and up to speed on latest digital marketing trends

 

 
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 years experience in channel marketing programs
  • Requires advanced knowledge of marketing field
  • Proven ability to think creatively
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and tools
  • Data Analytics capabilities
  • Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong technical writer
  • Must attend citizens academy
  • Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts
  • Government Wireless sales and marketing experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or masters degree in marketing preferred
  • Knowledge of Public Safety and Gov't Vertical preferred.
