Senior Marketing Associate (Property Marketing)

Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
The Senior Associate, Property Marketing contributes to the local business pursuit strategy in the development and execution of marketing pitch activities. This role provides strategic advice where required and helps to refine and improve materials and processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Contributes to execution of locally defined proposal strategy by generating customized, professional quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.
- Acts as content owner and submits high quality information for use in pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
- Acts as a consultant to local teams advising on the appropriate approach to pursuing business.
- Makes independent decisions regarding the implementation of established sales pursuit strategy and creating unique collateral for each client.
- Participates in creation and maintenance of a library of standard marketing collateral materials, case studies, broker biographies and practice area material to aid in new business pursuits and current client retention.
- Collaborates with team members both within and across local markets to share best practices and ways to leverage internal JLL resources.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of data relevant to new business pursuits.
- Performs analysis on gathered data and provides insights and summaries relevant to potential clients and industries.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Journalism, or Marketing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design and print production
- Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of and commitment to client service
- Ability to work successfully in a service-oriented, matrixed environment
- Ability to work effectively in teams of any size
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional demeanor at all times
