Responsible for creating a high performing Print and Marketing team that is focused on achieving sales and service metrics. Accountable for developing ongoing, consultative relationships with our business customers and generating sales leads. Lead a team to thrive in a fast paced and change intensive environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead a team of associates & supervisors focused primarily on the small business customer through teaching, coaching and inspiring. Fosters a sense of energy, ownership and personal commitment.
People Management: Support the GM to hire, coach and retain talented candidates for key roles within the Print and Marketing Department. Leverage ideas and best practices from the team to ensure results.
Selling & Customer Service Results: Creates a culture of consultative selling with an emphasis on developing ongoing professional relationships with top customers. Primarily accountable for results within the Print & Marketing area. Role model / Coach to the Print & Marketing Team for expected selling behaviors and service standards.
Print Operations/Production: Accountable for flawless execution of operational excellence and delivering quality. Manage a selling & production environment.
Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience within a retail environment
Must have basic computer skills
Some leadership/supervisory experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong people skills you're approachable, an active listener, and a strong communicator.
