Leads DIRECTV Sports digital strategy and online execution for DTV Sports to include website design, search and display marketing, email, social and mobile platform development. Positions DIRECTV as a market leader in digital sports, communication, engagement and by providing thought leadership, driving innovative solutions and optimizing existing solutions to drive results. The Marketing Manager DIRECTV Sports Strategy partners with Digital Product team and marketing/sales to bring in-depth knowledge of client brand and business objectives as well as the competitive landscape to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with strategy, marketing, data and analytics teams to develop multi-channel initiatives to enhance constituent engagement, acquisition efforts and improve DTVSports Platform results.
Manage digital acquisition efforts including but not limited to SEM, online display and remarketing and loyalty programs. Recommend and oversee media spends.
Serve as key relationship manager for digital agency partners for paid search and display marketing. Oversee implementation of tactics in alignment with the strategic plan.
Responsible for digital technology innovation, process, infrastructure and analytics for partners and clients. Commitment and discipline towards testing to enhance constituent experience and results.
Analyze results of digital marketing efforts and refine strategies based on results.
Lead clients in developing an integrated digital experience across all platforms to improve experience, marketing effectiveness and fundraising results.
Serve as primary stakeholder in tracking and managing digital direct response privacy legislation and best practices to inform client programs.
Team lead on digital best practices for engagement and Sports. Continually researches new developments in the digital industry and provides agency POV. Provides training for strategy and services teams on digital advancements.
Represents DTVLATAM digital capabilities in ad sales efforts around the platform.
Supervise the digital team and provide development and professional growth opportunities.
Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree.
Experience: Typically requires a working knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures and excellent communication.

Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or high level fundraising certification. Masters preferred.
10 years of experience in digital and direct response marketing including 5 years in management.
Agency and/or entertainment organization experience
Extensive knowledge of, and preferably, hands-on experience overseeing wide range of digital marketing, social media and integrated marketing capacities including content marketing, web development and technical requirements, data integration, email marketing, PPC/digital display media and web analytics.
Balances technical skills with skills in relationship based marketing, branding and communications.
Demonstrated direct response marketing and analytics expertise with ability to draw conclusions and intelligence from data sets.
Experience with web content management systems.
Proficiency with MS Office, Internet, existing and emerging social media platforms. Basic HTML a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
