Position Summary:
OVERVIEW
Corrigo a JLL Company, provides web and wireless-based enterprise mobile service management software applications that streamline and improve service delivery efficiencies by coordinating a real-time flow of information between customers, technicians and management. Corrigo’s applications drive improvements in customer satisfaction, staff productivity, asset performance and vendor management, providing data throughout the process to facilitate improvements in operations efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as liaison between Corrigo and the Customer for migration onto the Corrigo product line
- Schedule, prepare materials for, and document results of, migration meetings with Customer representatives
- Perform all Corrigo software configurations, ensuring alignment with defined standards
- Perform data remediation and standardization for loading data into the Corrigo product
- Perform all data loads
- Identify issues with data and work with the Customer to correct
- Perform QA on configured instance, including assistance in validating migrated data
- Assist, as required, in knowledge transfer and training to designated customer staff
- Train new staff on the Corrigo product, including configuration and data structure
- Execute tasks in accordance with the defined project workplan
- Work in collaboration with colleagues to assist in tasks, leveraging the capabilities of the team
- Develop weekly status report related to migrations activities
- Perform other project-related duties, as requested
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in the Corrigo software product line including configuration, integrations, and data
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project work
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data remediation and loading
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Proficient at MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Must be very knowledgeable of Excel formulas and functions, such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, Pivot Tables and macros
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as this role requires interacting with technical and business staff
