Develop simulation environments to support program development needs.

Create math models for effective rotorcraft mission simulations, including environment, aircraft, weapons, and ground vehicles.
Education Requirements:
- - Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Aerospace or Mechanical engineering degrees may be considered with significant experience.
- - Masters Degree is preferred.
Position Requirements:
· At least 7 years experience in developing military rotorcraft simulation environments, including hardware, software, and integration of aircraft LRUs is preferred.
· Experience with battlefield simulations and full mission scenarios is preferred.
· Experience with unmanned aircraft and ground station integration is preferred.
· Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to coordinate and lead activities, prioritize tasks, and report status.
· Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.
· Familiarity with aerospace design and verification processes to include; requirements develop and verification, preliminary and detailed design, MRP, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Maintenance processes is preferred.
· PC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
· Must have the ability to work effectively within a team.
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
