Work Performed:
Maintains all types of automotive and other vehicular equipment including automobiles, trucks, bulldozers, tractors, motorcycles, bicycles, cranes, scooters, electric trucks, locomotives, etc., as to complete mechanical overhaul, repair, adjustments, servicing, etc. Diagnoses mechanical failures, locates trouble and repairs, replaces and properly adjusts all parts as required. Must use all type of automotive repair equipment and test-completed work to insure proper functioning. Performs necessary collision, painting and welding operations to complete repairs.
Tools & Equipment Used:
Complete set of auto mechanics hand tools such as drills, grinders, drill press, valve refacer, etc., spray gun and welding equipment.
Experience & Other Requirements:
Four years experience involving repair of heavy vehicle equipment.
Must possess a current Class “A” Driver’s License.
