Responsible for leading the development of marketing communications messaging and programs with specific attention toward content marketing, to increase the profitability and awareness of company products and services through the utilization of various external communications channels including advertising, events, digital, and social media.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborates with business unit leaders to develop and execute marketing plans. Responsible for content planning, program management, and working with creative teams to fully execute all plan elements. Leads the development, execution, and monitoring of integrated communications, tools and support programs on behalf of the specific business line in support of the strategic business objective. Valuable skills for this role include excelling writing skills and creative direction experience, analytics and program success measurement, and digital marketing experience. This position is considered the foremost expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization.
Education: Typically Bachelors of Arts degree or Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Typically 5 to 8 years of experience in a related field.

Required Skills and Experience
Five or more years marketing experience within relevant industry and/or vertical marketing experience
Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize projects and manage a cross-functional team.
Excellent project management skills required including ability to set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables
Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to drive results
