Translate business needs into technical solutions and define solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology. Design, develop, document and analyze overall performance and architecture of systems, including hardware and software. Determine integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs in the areas of cloud computing, security, networking, and messaging. Coordinate design and integration of total system, including subsystems. Research and recommend resilient solutions to improve the current systems. Integrate expert knowledge of technical principles and methods of multiple disciplines with knowledge of products, services and internal operations. Utilize monitoring tools, including introscope, appdynamics, dynatrace, and jprofiler, to isolate and identify performance bottlenecks.

Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience designing, developing, documenting, and analyzing overall performance of systems; determining integrated hardware and software architecture solutions in the cloud computing, security, networking, and messaging areas; and isolating performance issues using monitoring tools, including introscope, appdynamics, dynatrace, and jprofiler.
