Lead Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Messaging Solutions
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace for AT&T’s enterprise-focused cloud Messaging Platform as a Service (MPaaS)
Attains annual sales & revenue targets
Collaborates with vendor(s) to develop multi-year product roadmap
Develops buyer personas; aligns sales tools and ideal sales process to the typical buying process(es)
Actively supports sales opportunities through RFP responses, customized pricing
Negotiate/collaborate with external partners & internal pricing teams to establish deal-level pricing with appropriate margins
Works collaboratively with partner organizations t to ensure full Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay, Support (LBGUPS) flow is working effectively and meets the needs of target customers
Actively collects, maintains, and disseminates competitive intelligence – both market and product-level
Develops messaging and content to competitively position the full breadth of MPaaS solutions
Works with Channel Marketing to ensure effective channel activation for MPaaS messaging solutions
Works with Marketing Communications, PR, Channel Marketing & Sales to create effective customer acquisition & retention marketing plans
Facilitates and supports channel training including competitive and industry news
Delivers thought-leading content via events, blogs, etc.
Identifies customer success references for industry and customer referrals
Responsible for the success of MPaaS messaging solutions for business through development and execution of comprehensive product roadmap and marketing plan. Conducts multi-year product planning to determine portfolio life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieves product performance, revenue, market share/penetration objectives. Identifies, monitors and analyzes internal (e.g. financials, revenue, cost, sales) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive) performance parameters in order to position and identify new uses for the product. Provides continuing product and market surveillance/intelligence. Leads cross functional teams in presentation and resolution of marketing and operational deliverables as needed. Provides readout and reporting to leadership in support of the portfolio.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelors' degree.
Experience: Typically this position is considered the foremost expert within the product marketing discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization.

Desired Experience:
Experience with Application to Person (A2P) Messaging ecosystem, SMS/MMS & RCS messaging, Common Short Codes, CTIA Messaging Guidelines, Mobile Marketing Association preferred
Understanding of emerging GSMA Messaging as a Platform (MaaP) standards & use cases
Experience with AT&T’s enterprise provisioning, billing and support systems and processes, including Enterprise on Demand and Universal Biller.
