Overall Purpose: Identifies, develops and maintains business relationships and transactions in support of Drone initiatives in the Internet of Things Solutions Group.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert on the business and technical value proposition of AT&T Drone offerings. Regularly presents to and engages with potential lead partners and customers.
Identifies, develops, and maintains relationships between AT&T and partners, regulatory officials and government officials in the Drone ecosystem.
Conducts complex market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and anticipates/identifies customer needs that intersect with current and future offerings. Drives such needs through Product Marketing and Product Development.
Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives and potential and/or executed transactions.
Analyzes market conditions, regulatory environment, competitive conditions, strategic and business plans, and existing business and technical operations and trends. Creates financial models to assess the economic value of potential transactions.
Drives business negotiations of principal terms and conditions of transactions and collaborates and supports legal, accounting and business inspection of such transactions.
Education: Prefer a bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5 years of experience in business development and strategic partnership management. Aviation/Drone industry experience strongly desired.
