Overall Purpose: Responsible for managing/supporting cross functional projects to enhance distribution and redefine “go to market” strategies.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop competitive channel strategies.
Assess and facilitate marketing programs and trials to enhance the productivity, revenues, and profitability of channels.
Identify new/emerging channels, resources, and intermediaries, and develop/support integrated strategies, plans, and programs to leverage these opportunities and optimize channel effectiveness.
Evaluate impact on distribution channel planning objectives and strategies.
Define, design and implement processes into the organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration with internal and external AT&T parties.
Ability to define scope and run multifaceted projects requiring heavy quantitative analysis
Understanding of sales models, like inside-out, direct, and indirect
Knowledge of existing business channels, strong business background, knowledge of partner models (e.g. Solution Providers, VARs, Alliance channel) is beneficial
