Within the cybersecurity product organization, we are seeking to fill a high profile and critical position. This leader will direct the strategic approach, launch, and ongoing management of a cybersecurity product portfolio for AT&T. This position will be located at the AT&T’s world headquarters in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
Lead Product Marketing Manager - Cybersecurity will lead enabling and scaling next generation cyber security solutions such as firewalls, email security, web security, distributed denial of service solutions, threat detection, mobile and IoT security solutions, etc. Has full P&L responsibility for the product set including technology and managed solutions. This role is pivotal in not only driving revenue growth within sales channels but also leading development in partnership with AT&T technology operations and other partner organizations on these product lines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct and document full product development plans and lifecycles including:
Creating business cases, defining technical specs, managing projects and product features, and defining development priorities
Translate business needs into technical solutions and document resources needed to build solutions specific for solution providers
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
Analyze internal and external performance data and utilize intelligence to further product development and business planning initiatives
Leads cross-functional team in defining, developing, and delivering products/services based on AT&T product realization processes
Collaborates closely with Technology Development/Operations, Sales, Customer Care, and 3rd-party vendors on solution delivery
Ensures entire customer journey is cared for and well defined
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, while also being effective within the matrix structure of a Fortune 100 environment. This individual will have a history of being an impact player and is comfortable taking personal ownership in the performance of his/her projects. Experience with cloud and/or security technology is required.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in product marketing, management, or development
3 years of cyber security experience, preferably in a MSSP or security technology company
CISSP and other industry certifications desired
Previous management experience, preferably in a product role
An independent self-starter that can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a positive, professional attitude and superior analytic skills. The ability to multi-task, think creatively and meet deadlines and budgets is required.
