Overall Purpose: Oversees the full life-cycle management of a large and/or complex AT&T product or service line. Develops new products or services and enhancements. Manages marketing operations for complex products/services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Formulates operations planning to implement pricing, procurement, promotion, distribution channel strategy and selection, planning for the product/service line by collaborating across AT&T organizations. Oversees the work product of direct reports responsible for various operations and programs of a highly complex nature and may meet short or long-term needs of the business. Ensures direct report team is meeting the expectations of the business by reviewing production and program deliverables. Accountable for operational metrics which directly impacts revenue attainment. Develops short and long term marketing operations plans. Marketing activities may support both current and emerging technologies. Supervisory responsibilities for support staff, including directing work, coaching, mentoring and guiding direct reports. Provides training and updates to the sales staff. Collaborates and contributes in decision making process regarding hiring, promoting, disciplining and discharging employees.
Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree.
Experience: Typically requires 5- 7 years of experience in area of professional responsibility or as a supervisor.

Required Qualifications:
Five years experience in product management or marketing
Previous supervisory experience
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications
Ability to motivate and lead direct reports
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
Six or more years experience in product management or marketing
Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them
