Position Summary:

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Do you love . . . researching laws and regulations? Are you energized by . . . supporting policy and procedure changes? Do you enjoy . . . communicating and educating on compliance? Supports mitigating risk exposure by accurately summarizing and disseminating information on new laws and regulations to management. Assists with the implementation of changes to policies and procedures required as a result of regulatory changes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes key legislation affecting Credit

• Prepares summaries on regulatory issues, as assigned
• Communicates regulatory changes to Credit Compliance
• Works with bank partner to align on interpretation and implemention of regulatory requirements

Serves as point of contact for regulatory information

• Serves as liaison with business for regulatory questions
• Works with Kohl's Credit division to adapt policies and procedures for alignment with applicable laws/regulations
• Assists with communications as related to credit compliance
• Provides input on training or other material as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

required

• Prior compliance experience, preferably in a banking environment

preferred

• Bachelor's degree
